managers may argue at the exact cost of hiring a
new administrator, but they all agree at what it
cost to hire a bad one: A LOT! In this session you
will learn the advantages of growing good leadership
within your organization. You will learn how
to plant it, prune it, and pluck it so that you not
only save time and expense but have the assurance
you "got what you wanted to get." Developing
top leadership from your stock of support staff and
middle managers provides you with a pool of possibilities
as you move your organization through these difficult
and transiting times. The speaker is one of the highest
